Pennsylvania rules

Titles, disposal, and the rules that matter in Pennsylvania

Boats: titling and registration run through the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. If you do not have the title, there is a release or abandoned-vessel process and we prepare it with you before pickup. Common waters: Lake Erie, the Susquehanna River, the Delaware River and Raystown Lake.

RVs, campers, and vehicles: untitled or abandoned units go through PennDOT. We tell you exactly what to sign so the unit can legally leave your property, and you get documentation.

Disposal: Pennsylvania's older neighborhoods mean tight alleys and rowhouse access, and everything comes out by hand when the truck cannot get close. Hazardous materials such as paint, solvents, chemicals, and asbestos go through your county's household hazardous waste program, not through us. Everything else is sorted for donation and recycling first.
